Footscray Mall Tree Grates Project

Footscray mall has undergone an upgrade to improve the aesthetics and appeal of the area. A key consideration of the Maribyrnong Council was to incorporate stainless steel tree grates for the well being and protection of the trees and the aesthetic appeal. ORCA was engaged to provide 30 of our custom stainless steel Griptech tree grates with removable growth rings. ORCA took it a step further and innovated a growth ring system which allow for council contractors to safely remove bolted rings as the tree trunk grows in size. ORCA Griptech stainless is available in grade 304 or 316 and is supplied electropolished as standard.
