Orca’s vehicle safety separators are an innovative modular traffic management solution manufactured in Australia, using up to 80% recycled glass content. Remade in Australia, the infill 230 & infill 150 ranges are suited for precise vehicle separation on roadways to clearly delineate dedicated bicycle corridors and prevent car dooring collisions.

Manufactured using patented polymer concrete technology, the infill range is engineered for performance. The modular components are designed for rapid deployment, to reconfigure existing roadways quickly and with minimal traffic disruption. Durable and low maintenance, this range delivers the structural integrity to perform under the most punishing conditions.

Orca’s infill range of profiles deliver up to three times the compressive strength of concrete, providing the structural integrity for permanent fixings with the flexibility of a modular solution that can be relocated and re-used as roadway requirements change.

Orca vehicle safety separators offer precise traffic delineation. Each range features five modular components. The infill 230 range is designed for flexibility, with 1.0 metre and 500mm straight sections plus three curved components, to create oval and elliptical shaped islands at 100mm high. The components are 230mm wide and are ideal for use as vehicle separators along bus lanes, tramways and taxi lanes along roadways. The infill 150 range comprises the same five modular components at 150mm wide and 150mm high. Ideal for dedicated bicycle corridors to buffer cyclists from vehicular traffic and prevent car dooring incidents.

The elevated profiles define traffic spaces and the modular aspect of the infill range enable it to be deployed in the width and length required for each project. Then simply fill with a material of choice; asphalt, lilydale toppings, recycled rubber insitu fill, etc. They are ideal for use on streets where higher traffic volumes and speeds warrant greater separation of vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists.
